1. For timely and selfless help from others in my time of need (Dr. Romney, Prof. Jesse Hurlbut)
2. That Amy lives nearby with her three children; they have enriched my days
3. For education, both for myself and Trevor, and for both our parents' support
4. For my Sunday School class, their 17-year-old anxieties, and all the trials they have provided Trev and me every week
5. For my job at the Museum and the financial support it has provided for Trev and I to go forward with important plans
