my workspace

a. My new favorite painting from BYU's MOA permanent collection
b. a print of "Dive In" I got from the Golden Braid in SLC; makes me remember to be brave
c. a fairy print from Moonlight & Roses that Ann gave me a while ago; I adore this.
d. a reproduction of the orange tree in one of the Lady and the Unicorn tapestries. I got this at the Musee Cluny while doing research this summer. Reminds me to research and that I love the tapestries.
e. a picture of a sleeping chihuahua puppy haning on my star mobile I bought in Brazil.
f. My favorite woodblock Trevor carved and printed. A reclining lovely lady under a starry sky. Love it.
g. a picture of my dad clowning around when he was about 14. Reminds me he has a fun side.
h. a photograph of Holly and I in our red room in the old Bohemian Bungalow. We are looking very fabulous.
i. my cute macbook I decorated like a garden
j. a bobble-head monkey Trev gave me while we were dating before he left to California on a trip.
k. the notebook with all my thesis notes in it.
l. an amazing, 1924 edition of Thief of Baghdad with pictures from the silent film (and just the smell an old book should have) that Sarah gave me for my birthday just a few days ago :). (My b-day isn't until Dec. 21st, so this was a little early).
m. a paper holder my friend Tyler R. gave me from the WWII memorial in Pearl Harbor near the house I lived in as a child.
n. a book Trevor made me
o. a woodblock I made of a ship
p. a fairy card that says "wish"
q. a poem my brother Andy wrote
r. my rose pen
s. (way up left top) a glass-blown flower holder Trev got me for our first anniversary from the SLC library
t. a postcard of a jungle ruined Buddha in Cambodia that I've seen; it is that cool. In fact, Cambodia is that cool.
