opposite effect

I invited my sweet brothers to play with the girls & I at Lowe's Extreme Airsports two days ago. We did two and a half hours of this:

 Jumping, running, climbing, falling into pits of blue foam...

....and running REALLY fast. Millie at Sonic Speeds!

The Aftermath:

That would be opposite effect of what I wanted. The girls were still up and kicking.
