...that I just really loved; it's just my style. Inside, he placed two miniature paintings he made with a teeny tiny paintbrush on watercolor paper. They are my favorite details in the tapestries, the orange tree et les lapins.
These pictures don't do it justice - the length of the locket is little more than half and inch. Teensy paintings.Best birthday present I've ever been given.
Christmas was lovely. We leave for Texas day after tomorrow for Ben's wedding, so I most likely shall not blog until we are back on January 3rd. See you then!

What a thoughtful gift! Happy Belated Birthday! And I send my congratulations to Ben, I had no idea he was getting married! My Ben got married over the summer and they are expecting now. It's funny how old we are all getting! I hope your trip goes well.
