a very happy thing

My mom commissioned a really terrific artist in our neighborhood (who wasn't Trevor because he doesn't even have time to sleep let alone do extra projects) to paint the ceiling in the breakfast nook. It's already a really happy space in the house because it's the place everyone gathers together the most often, and because all the windows open onto the creek and the trees, but now it's extra happy. And, of course, if it's in the Priest house, there has to be a little of that extra Disney magic :).

    Ooo, I love it! It makes me think of the Great Hall's ceiling in Harry Potter, and those little Disney touches make me laugh (in a good way!).

    Haha what can I say, I'm not surprised. :)
    Is the wall trimming painted? Or is it wall paper? Or something else? hehe and how far back does it go?
