Liberté Egalité Fraternité - Vérité et Amour

The last few months I've started my prayers with, "Heavenly Father, I know you are hearing this from so many good people around the world right now, but please help us find a job sometime in the future..." And wow, were our prayers answered in a bigger way than we imagined!!! Not only did Trevor land an awesome job, but it is exactly what he wants to do for his career. We didn't think that would happen, we thought he'd have to work some other jobs before he was good enough to get a job in the motion graphics field. However, a design firm based in Sandy saw Trevor's extraordinary talents and hard work and decided to give him a go! The company calls itself Véri, inspired by the ideals of the French Revolution. Its been around for 17 years, and is run by a female CEO who lets her pet pooches wander the hallways. His first day is tomorrow, he's nervous and excited, and could use some good karma flowing his way!

This wonderful news could not have come at a better time, as it coincides with another fabulous development in our home. The twins will have another sibling come next February! Yep! We're expecting. Baby is due February 8th, an auspicious date as it is also Sarah's birthday. I'm 15 weeks along, and have felt remarkably different during this pregnancy. Haven't thrown up once! I'm hoping that is a sign of only one girl, or a boy, but hopefully not twins :). They will be nearly two years apart, which was our goal with timing.

We are quite happy these days. Things are happening fast, I feel a bit like I've stepped into a wind tunnel. But all of it is fantastic.

  1. WOW! That is so fantastic!
You know, my Brenna was due February 7th. She arrived on February 2nd. Groundhog Day. Don't have it on the 2nd. You will hear no end to the silly jokes. "NO! The ground hog did not see her shadow."

  3. Oh, I'm so happy! Isn't it wonderful when our lives start to move in good and exciting ways? Kind of makes change palatable. Does this mean you'll be staying in the neighborhood? Does this mean I will continue to have Bollywood buddies? Congratulations. Bravo to you and Trevor.

  7. Go T! This is what Heider would sing to you on your first day of work in a drunken New York accent: You'll be swell; you'll be great. Gonna have the hold world on a plate.

And go Baby! Can't wait for the interesting dynamic you will add to the home.
