One of my favorite motherhood things is spending one-on-one time with each of my girls. Doesn't happen very often for any of them, but when it does, I make the most of it. Today Amelia got to come to the grocery store with me. I asked her: "Millie, do you like being alone with mama with no sisters?" She looked around and replied: "I like you mama. I like my sisters," and then with both arms stretched wide and her head all the way back, "I like everything!"
Then when we got home, the twins hugged and kissed each other like they hadn't seen each other for weeks. "I missed you, Millie!"
That's some tender love there.
